Prof Susan Fairlie is the Managing Director of Mindset Matters Ltd – established in 2011
Susan is a clinician and organisational development specialist. She has significant experience of the NHS having worked across the health sector from primary care to tertiary care.
She has held several national senior leadership roles is a former Director of Nursing. She is an Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, accredited Leadership Framework Facilitator and licensed to use both the Strengths Deployment Inventory and Emotions and Behaviours at Work.
Healthcare consultancy
The majority of Mindset Matters work resides in healthcare consultancy; however, we also undertake significant organisation and leadership development work with public and private sector organisations and work with other associates when appropriate.
